Acceptable Use You must not use our platform to: Send unsolicited messages or spam Send content that violates WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy Misrepresent your business or impersonate others Harvest, scrape, or misuse personal data Attempt to bypass API restrictions or automate WhatsApp outside permitted channels All users are expected to follow WhatsApp’s Business Policy and Meta's Developer Terms. 4. Platform Services You may use the platform to: Onboard to the WhatsApp Business API Manage WhatsApp phone numbers, templates, and chats Set up messaging campaigns and automation tools Access real-time analytics and customer engagement tools These services are subject to Meta’s approval and technical integration with the WhatsApp Business API. 5. Termination and Suspension We may suspend or terminate your account if: You breach these terms or Meta’s policies You misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized automation We receive verified complaints about spam, abuse, or policy violations We reserve the right to disable access without prior notice if required by law or Meta policy enforcement. 6.
